Las Golondrinas de Mijas Golf - Fase II urbanization came into being in 2003, consisting of just seventy four apartments; convenience here is the byword with underground car-parking and lifts to all floors and having well maintained gardens and a swimming pool which is heated during Spring and Autumn.
The majority of apartments overlook the famous Mijas Golf Club and is situated some three kilometres from the coast, tucked conveniently away behind the town of Fuengirola providing sanctuary for those looking for a quiet break away in the sun but close enough to visit for a day on the beach.
